It was time for Charles & Keith to grow from a low price retailer to an exciting fast fashion concept. In this transformation stage, from 2000, we had the privilege to work in overall advisory of its brands and created a franchising model and manual globally.

Charles & Keith rode on a massive expansion plan, grew its franchise and network to 36 countries. They kept Singapore as the home base and the China outlet, operated by their own team, by partnering with international franchisee.

Today, Charles & Keith are on a high wave with a network of 650 retail outlets. It continues to grow aggressively, gradually reaching the target of 1,000 outlets worldwide.
