ClearSK

ClearSk is an aesthetic clinic that delivers medical-grade, non-surgical skin and body treatment services. The services are designed and tested by doctors, using technology such as laser treatments, and radio frequency or ultrasound waves to deliver quick and effective results in skin and weight management.

Established in 2008, ClearSk came to Louken Group to enhance its branding as there was intense competition in the marketplace. We decided to position the aspirational brand that helps customers ‘Grow Younger’.

We came out with segmentation of treatments and various strategies. Such as body treatments were classified into groups based on different types of body fat.

An online registration system and customer relationship database helped record feedback of customers leading to an improved sales and services.

This rebranding delivered on the brand promise of having customised, doctor-driven treatments, with a customer satisfaction of 85 per cent.
