They wanted to spread a sense of joy and happiness among the mass market.
We rejuvenated brand identity, to target customer’s aspirations with the tagline, “Spreading happiness all around”. A digital advertising campaign, “Shoot your dream”, allowed more engagement with customers.
Columbia today commands more than 450 stores in 400 cities, serving as many as eight million households in Indonesia. More representative offices opened in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Plans to expand to Singapore are on the cards.
