Noel Group

Wrapped to excellence. Noel Group, the holding company of Humming Flowers and Gifts, a core business of flower arraignments, hamper and gift packaging, went through a rebranding exercise by Louken Group.

We worked on Noel and Humming to improve their brand and customer service. Noel Group went through acquisition and had to have a clear segmentation of customers.

In managing the group of brands, Noel went through a brand group holding with further enhancement by internal branding and customer service process.

Humming was facing issues where staff struggled in making recommendations to customers. Service scripts were created to generate productive and operational staff.

These new measures helped customer service levels as well as motivated staff.
