Unique Gas Solution

They’re a blast! Previously known as Unique Gas Trading, UGS began their journey in the 1990s as a liquid petroleum gas (LPG) dealer with a fast-growing residential portfolio.

Over the years, UGS thrived on an ability to ensure commercial customers receive an uninterrupted flow of LPG. Besides fulfilling this promise of “zero downtime”, they maintain a strong stance on safety and integrity, with effective servicing and delivery teams.

When the rebranding got underway in 2009, Louken Group was retained to develop a comprehensive brand map for UGS that would light the spark attracting greater public recognition, foster a sense of pride amongst employees, and position the brand as extremely efficient, high-tech and forward-looking.

The internal branding strategy was placed on training and enhancing the employee communications process. This was to remind employees that UGS had higher standards than their competitors did and ensure that those standards were recognised and understood.
