Regarded a force behind brands and branding in the region by business communities throughout Asia, Luke was recognised by Junior Chamber International as one of the Top 10 Outstanding Young Persons of the World in 2014 and 2016.

As the CEO of Louken Group, Haoming is dedicated to fostering the company’s growth and overarching vision. He leads strategic transformations for businesses, enabling them to unlock their potential for scalability and make a meaningful impact on the global community. Under Haoming’s leadership, Louken strives to embody the concept of limitless possibilities, partnering with businesses on their journey to greater heights.

Furthermore, Haoming serves as a Board Advisor for two food tech companies, ImpacFat and Less & Co, offering expertise in business strategy, brand expansion, partnerships, and fundraising.

In his previous role as Managing Director of Huggs Coffee, Haoming conceptualized the company’s vision, spearheaded its strategic initiatives, and fueled its growth. He restructured the business and franchise model, orchestrated a comprehensive brand transformation, and achieved significant expansion throughout Singapore, even amidst the challenges of the pandemic. Haoming also cultivated strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Samsung, Amazon, Ant Group, and Mandai Group.

Before his tenure at Huggs, Haoming co-founded Artbox Singapore, attracting over 700,000 visitors during the six-day event. As the Regional Head of Strategy at Invade, he played a pivotal role in organizing numerous lifestyle events locally and regionally across Asia over three years.

Recognized as a change-maker, Haoming received the Prestige 40 Under 40 award in 2017. His deep passion for youth development drives him to serve as a mentor for young individuals and startup founders through organizations like Mentoring SG and various educational institutions in Singapore.

Noah heads the branding division and oversees the development of processes, projects, and, most importantly, people.

In his years as a brand consultant, Noah successfully transformed more than a few local heroes into leaders of industry through extensive internal and external branding programmes. Today, he leads a dynamic team of strategists, account servicing, and creative professionals towards meaningful outcomes for a digital age.

Noah graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and is a certified Practising Management Consultant or PMC.

Joanna is a laser-sharp strategist with a solid background in brand strategy, brand experience design and brand marketing. She’s here to bridge the gap between your business goals and your customers’ needs through the power of big-picture thinking, clever design, and customer-centricity.

She has worked across B2B and B2C clients, on both the agency and client sides, including roles at Cowan and Una Brands. A valuable all-rounder in our team, she’ll be helping your business find and streamline your value proposition, and content, marketing and activation strategies focused on practicality and growth.

Andy is responsible for leading the group’s creative work across all divisions and subsidiaries.

Andy’s career as an accomplished creative professional blazes a trail across Singapore and China through Saatchi & Saatchi, 180 China, McCann Erickson, Bates 141 Worldwide, Batey Ads, and TMP Worldwide. He brings strategic focus and ideas with flair to campaigns that garner top industry recognition as well as enviable business results.

From working on global campaigns to designing multimillion-dollar homes in Singapore, the past decade has seen Toke working as a Creative Director across multiple industries. His most recent endeavour was building up RICE Media, where he worked with clients such as STB, Citibank, and Singtel.

Now at Louken, he works to create meaningful impact and effective results for clients.

Sarah leads account servicing with more than two decades’ experience working with the giants of branding and design.

From FMCG to retail to luxury to corporate to hospitality, Sarah’s contributions to branding have been numerous and the value of her collaboration cannot be overstated. She directs her projects with strategic decision-making, paving the way for effective and unforgettable retail, visual merchandising, packaging and design systems, and identity programmes.

Amanda Chor is a seasoned professional whose colourful journey in brand consulting and marketing began in 2011. Her extensive body of work includes collaborating on over 50 brands spanning diverse industries in vibrant world cities—Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Taipei, and Abu Dhabi.

Forever intrigued by cultures and cuisines, stories and people, Amanda channels an insatiable curiosity and sense of adventure into new concepts that reimagine businesses and brands. In senior roles at Louken Group and Giraffe Consulting Asia, her marketing acumen has helped advance SuperMom as Singapore’s largest parenting fair and her strategy work has grown SMEs such as Songfa Bak Kut Teh, Rive Gauche, and Putien, among others.
