Furthermore, Haoming serves as a Board Advisor for two food tech companies, ImpacFat and Less & Co, offering expertise in business strategy, brand expansion, partnerships, and fundraising.
In his previous role as Managing Director of Huggs Coffee, Haoming conceptualized the company’s vision, spearheaded its strategic initiatives, and fueled its growth. He restructured the business and franchise model, orchestrated a comprehensive brand transformation, and achieved significant expansion throughout Singapore, even amidst the challenges of the pandemic. Haoming also cultivated strategic partnerships with industry leaders such as Samsung, Amazon, Ant Group, and Mandai Group.
Before his tenure at Huggs, Haoming co-founded Artbox Singapore, attracting over 700,000 visitors during the six-day event. As the Regional Head of Strategy at Invade, he played a pivotal role in organizing numerous lifestyle events locally and regionally across Asia over three years.
Recognized as a change-maker, Haoming received the Prestige 40 Under 40 award in 2017. His deep passion for youth development drives him to serve as a mentor for young individuals and startup founders through organizations like Mentoring SG and various educational institutions in Singapore.

In his years as a brand consultant, Noah successfully transformed more than a few local heroes into leaders of industry through extensive internal and external branding programmes. Today, he leads a dynamic team of strategists, account servicing, and creative professionals towards meaningful outcomes for a digital age.
Noah graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and is a certified Practising Management Consultant or PMC.
